How couples built their bar.

A few of the ways Merch Troop wedding t-shirt bars have shown up on the day — different palettes, guest counts, and moments, one keepsake in common.

Wedding guests crowded happily around a live t-shirt printing station

The vineyard after-party — 140 guests, Temecula

A black-tie ceremony gave way to a barefoot after-party, and the couple wanted the shift to feel intentional. We set a bar just off the dance floor with two designs: an ivory tee bearing their monogram and a champagne tote reading "Married in the Vineyard." Guests swapped heels for soft Bella+Canvas 3001 tees and danced the rest of the night in them. By last call, the favor table was empty.

The Vegas weekend — three events, 60 guests

A destination weekend needed a different look for each night. We ran a welcome-brunch cap bar, a rehearsal-dinner tote, and an after-party tee with the couple's neon hashtag. Guests collected the set across the weekend, and the caps became the unofficial uniform for the pool day.

The beach welcome party — 200 guests, San Diego

With out-of-town guests arriving all afternoon, the couple wanted the welcome party to double as a favor hand-off. We pressed lightweight tees with a hand-drawn coastline illustration as guests checked in, and folded totes for anyone who preferred to travel light. The line never backed up, and photos of guests in matching tees filled the wedding hashtag before the ceremony even happened.
