A live moment for your guests
A wedding t-shirt bar your guests press, wear & keep.
A styled station where custom tees, totes, and bridal-party pieces are printed live during your celebration — a keepsake favor no gift bag can match.
Designed & staffed by Merch Troop live-event crews — artwork, garments, on-site printing, and a graceful cleanup while you enjoy the night.
Why couples book it
Every wedding has a moment guests talk about for years. A live t-shirt bar turns your favor table into that moment — a small crowd forming as our press hisses and lifts, a custom design revealed, a warm shirt handed over with your names on it. Instead of a favor that gets left on the chair, your guests leave wearing the night. We bring the garments, the artwork, the crew, and the calm choreography that keeps the line short and the dance floor full.
The bar menu
Five ways couples style the station.
Mix and match by moment. We build the setup around your color story, garment picks, and the flow of your day.
How the night flows
Pick a design, press it, wear it out.
Guests choose from a curated design menu you approve in advance — usually two to four looks in your palette. Our operator aligns the transfer, presses it in seconds, and cools each piece on a rack before it's handed back folded. No mess near your guests, no bottleneck at the bar.
- Full-color DTF heat pressing — vivid, soft-hand, and machine-washable.
- Two to four approved designs so the line stays quick and elegant.
- A styled station that reads as part of your decor, not a trade-show booth.

Good to know
Questions couples ask first.
How much does a wedding t-shirt bar cost?
Wedding t-shirt bars start around $5,000 for a local Southern California celebration and are quoted from your guest count, hours, garment choice, and designs. Staffing runs $250/hr including setup and teardown, and destination weddings outside Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego add a $900 travel fee.
How long does each shirt take?
Each press takes only seconds; the real timing is the line. With two to four approved designs and a couple of operators, a station keeps pace comfortably with a reception crowd of 100 to 200 guests.
Do you provide the shirts, or do we?
We source everything — soft Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, totes, and hats in your colors and sizes. You approve the garments and the designs; we handle the rest.
Where do you travel?
We're based in Orange County and regularly print weddings across Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas, plus destination celebrations nationwide with enough lead time.
